Warehouse Manager (U.S. Overseas Warehouse)

1. Warehouse Operations Management

Oversee the entire process of inbound, storage, sorting, packaging, and outbound logistics to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment.

2. Team Management

Recruit, train, assign tasks, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff to enhance team efficiency and service quality.

3. Customer Service

Communicate with clients to address warehousing and logistics needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

4. Data and Cost Control

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for real-time inventory updates and generate regular reports.
Optimize operational costs and improve resource utilization.

5. Compliance and Coordination

Ensure warehouse operations comply with local laws and industry standards.
Coordinate with domestic and international shipping and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely logistics.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, with knowledge of overseas warehouse operations and WMS systems.
Strong communication and team management skills, with fluency in English.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and stress management abilities.

Administrator
– Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, manage records, coordinate schedules, and assist with general administrative duties.
– Requirements:
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, proficiency in office software, and excellent communication skills.
– Preferred:
Experience in administrative roles or logistics.

Uploading Worker
– Responsibilities:
Assist with unloading and uploading shipments. Work closely with the team to handle inventory, load materials, and ensure timely and safe transport.
– Requirements:
Physical stamina, ability to lift and move heavy items, team-oriented, and safety-conscious.
– Preferred:
Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
